If while you are browsing through the website and gallery page and see an outfit/ensemble you would like but it is featured on a different sized doll than you have, please note that every fashion on the website can be adjusted to accomodate your particular doll. Fashions are also available in a myriad of fabrics and patterns. So, if you see a fashion you like but would prefer a different fabric, that can be done as well. Most items are made to order, so personalization of your outfit is possible and welcomed.

DELIVERY: "Ready to ship"/delivery time generally runs approx 2-5 weeks. Some items are available for immediate shipping.Special orders/commissions for items other than offered on my site will definitely take longer than the estimated 2-5 weeks. This type of transaction will require patience and time.   Multiple purchases can take slightly longer.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Paypal, money order. Payment is due at time of order.

LAYAWAY*: Purchases of $75.00-$100 require a 50% deposit at time of order with the balance due within 30 days. Purchases of $101-$300 require 1/3 down with the balance due within 60 days. Purchases of $301 or more require 1/4 down with the balance due in four equal monthly pymts. If final payment or other arrangements have not been made prior to the 30/60 expiration, the deposit will be forfeited. Please e-mail me for details if you are interested.

INSURANCE: Insurance is available for $1.30 per $50.00 spent. An invoice including insurance will be manually generated upon request.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Due to the fact that there is no way to track an International package once it leaves the states, I am not responsible for any lost packages that are shipped regular Air Mail. If you wish to guarantee the delivery of your items, I recommend registered mail. While it is more costly, it does provide a means of tracking if the parcel should become lost in the postal system.
